Use of Client Information
As a prospective client, you may choose to submit personally
identifiable information to us at NamasteInteractive.com.
We only use this information to fulfill orders, answer technical
questions, or contact you directly if requested. We do not
sell, share, trade, loan or rent this information to anyone.
Any email addresses sent to us are used only to send requested
emails and information back to you. Namaste Interactive follows
a strict opt-in permission based email policy. We will never
send unsolicited, bulk or commercial offers or advertisements.
Your Company Name
In order to share success of our client's email programs
in the marketplace, we like to post a list of client names
on the Namaste Interactive web site. When you purchase our
service we may ask your permission to include your company's
name on the website. This listing will also include a link
to your company's home page, if applicable.
Other Third Parties
Namaste Interactive may use a third party vendor to fulfill
a client service on behalf of Namaste Interactive and the
client. Any third party vendor to Namaste Interactive is
contractually prohibited from using client information for
any other purpose.
Emails from Namaste Interactive Clients
In order to receive emails and/or newsletters sent by Namaste
Interactive on behalf of its client's; recipients must first
grant permission by providing their email address directly
or submit an email address at the client web site. Communications
from Namaste interactive clients may include offers, newsletters,
updates, special promotions, surveys, calendars, personal
notes, and products. Children under 13 are require parental
consent to join any of our lists.
Unsubscribe
If you no longer wish to receive the Namaste Interactive
Newsletter or communications from the clients of Namaste
Interactive, you may opt-out of receiving them by following
the unsubscribe information
included in each communication or by sending an email to
us at support@namasteinteractive.com.
Please remember to include your email address in the message
along with the client newsletter you wish to unsubscribe
from. Please also include the word, "unsubscribe" in the
subject line. You may also send written notice to us at our
office address 420 S. San Pedro Street, Suite 104, Los Angeles,
CA 90013.
List Members and List Administrators
On occasion, we are contacted by members who are subscribed
to mailing lists that are run by our clients. These members
typically have a question or complaint about the list they
are on (for example, how to unsubscribe from it) but have
not been able to contact their List Administrator directly.
We may choose to provide these members with the appropriate
List Administrator's email address, so that they can resolve
their question. We will not, however, divulge any other,
confidential contact information that is part of our customer
account records. If necessary, we may contact the List Administrator
ourselves and pass on the list member's request.
Changes to Personal Information
If your email address or personally identifiable information
changes you may correct, update, delete or deactivate it
by emailing our customer support at support@namasteinteractive.com or by contacting us by postal mail at the contact information
listed above.
Namaste Interactive Client Agreement
Namaste interactive clients have agreed to abide by the
terms set out in this Privacy Policy and will not share personally
identifiable information with anyone. Additionally, our clients
will not send information to their members beyond what they
have provided permission for.
Links to Other Sites
Our client emails and newsletters
may contain unique content and/or links to other sites
that are not owned or controlled by Namaste Interactive.
Please be aware that we, Namaste Interactive, are not responsible
for the privacy practices of such other sites.
Changes in our Privacy Statement
If we change our privacy policy, we will post those changes
to this privacy statement, the homepage, and other places
we deem appropriate so that clients and their subscriber
members are aware of what information our clients collect,
how it is used, and under what circumstances, if any, we
disclose it. We reserve the right to modify this privacy
statement at any time, so please review it frequently.

Namaste interactive reserves the right to disclose personally
identifiable information as required by law and when we believe
that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or
to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal
process served on our Company.
